Join us for a conversation with Susie Silver, Senior Consultant at The Diversity Movement. Susie is a consultant, trainer, and content creator; and an LGBTQ+ subject matter expert. She is passionate about educating others on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion issues and supporting actionable change in the LGBTQ+ community.
Susie will be joining us to talk about allyship. As organizations roll out D&I initiatives, often allyship isn’t formalized into a program. While many are familiar with the term, there is a lot of uncertainty about what it means to us as individuals – What can I do? Is there something I shouldn’t do? What if I do or say the wrong thing?
Susie will demystify allyship and share tips and strategies to make allyship approachable and actionable. We hope you join the conversation!
