Join us for a conversation with Dr. Meagan Pollock, Founder of Engineer Inclusion. An engineer turned educator, Meagan leverages engineering thinking, process improvement, and research-based inclusion strategies to help her clients reach their organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. Meagan will be joining us to talk about a four-part, iterative, reflective, and reflexive framework for developing into an inclusive leader. Inclusive leadership enhances performance, collaboration, attendance, and reduces turnover, and it helps us to create cultures, schools, teams, and organizations that drive equitable outcomes for historically marginalized and minoritized people. We hope you join the conversation!
